About Kazakhstan . . .

.....Kazakhstan is located between Russia and China. It used to be part of the former U.S.S.R., but then became its own country in 1991. Now it is a flourishing, productive country with lots of national pride. Currently the country is made up of over 15 million people from the following ethnic groups: Kazakh (Qazaq) 53.4%, Russian 30%, Ukrainian 3.7%, Uzbek 2.5%, German 2.4%, Uygur 1.4%, and other 6.6%.
.....Kazakh people have beautiful complexions ranging from fair skin and light hair to dark skin with black hair. A majority of the people look European, Mongolian, Asian, or any imaginable mix of all three. All the citizens have an incredible since of unity and pride about their nation, their president, their culture and especially their future.

.....The following map shows Kazakhstan with it's numerous cities and bodies of water. The country is made up of open spaces, farm lands, large mountain ranges and bustling cities. The broad range of terrain and geographical features make Kazakhstan a diverse landscape with picturesque views every where you look.

.....In the center of the map is Astana, the new capitol of Kazakhstan (previously named "Agmola"). The president of Kazakhstan has declared that by the year 2030, Astana will be a major, international city that is recognized the world over. Many government projects are currently underway to construct new buildings, parks and public areas. Many private developers are also building new high-rise apartment complexes and office buildings all over the city. In addition to Astana, Kazakhstan has many other large cities including Karaganda and Almaty..
